The company was created to assist clients in developing, administering and complying with changing federal and state laws and regulations.

Today Mr. Goldhaber manages the day-to-day operations of both Rosenthal and Goldhaber and Corporate Substance Abuse Programs, Inc. Specializing in commercial litigation (including breach of contract and collections), contract/document drafting and review, asset purchases and sales, business succession planning, labor relations, and mechanics liens and bonds claims, the firm is one of Long Island's most respected. Today the firm services a variety of clients from small businesses to multi million dollar operations. As a respected litigator, Mr. Goldhaber regularly works with clients in this capacity.

Currently, Mr. Goldhaber is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New York and Massachusetts, as well as the southern and eastern New York federal districts.
